Meg Logan - Resident Acting Coach

Meg Logan graduated from the University of KZN in 2001, having completed her BA Honours in Drama and Performance Studies.  She furthered her studies through UNISA where she completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Education, focusing on Dramatic Arts and Arts and Culture.
 
Because she dislikes the thought of becoming brain-dead, Meg is currently doing her MA in Drama and Performance Studies. As well as being involved in numerous dance and play performances, she has a passion for directing and has directed numerous large productions in her role at Thomas More College, including The Sound of Music, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Peter Pan, People Are Living There, Rumours, Bonnie and Clyde, Noises Off, Urinetown, Sister Act and the Addams Family Musical. 
 
Meg is an IEB Dramatic Arts Practical Examiner and is responsible for assessing Grade 12 Final Practical Examinations in KZN. In 2018 she was also appointed as the IEB Dramatic Arts Theory Examiner for 2019-2020. Aside from her drama pursuits, she has a musical background, having studied piano, violin and oboe.  She is currently Subject Head of Dramatic Arts at Thomas More College, in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
